Southern Horizons, Inc. d.b.a. Medical Software Tools Web Site Privacy Policy Overview Privacy is important to Southern Horizons, Inc. (d.b.a. Medical Software Tools) and its affiliate MSR Technologies, Inc. (MST). MST is a responsible participant in the healthcare industry. MST's corporate policy is to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our customers and those individuals whose health care information may be identified in the delivery of the services supplied to our customers.
