Medical Software Telephone Support
Our
highly qualified telephone support staff can help you
find solutions that work for you in your specialty and
in your office culture.
Medical Software Tools provides telephone support
to customers all over the United States. We can assist
you with a variety of software products including
Medisoft Advanced, Medisoft Network Professional (a.k.a.
Medisoft Net Pro), Medisoft, Office Hours, Medinotes, X-Link
and Focus Reports. These services
include software support by telephone, email or fax.
The support services available by telephone include:
-Software support
-Assistance with standard reports
-Customized reports
-Data repair
Charges for telephonic support are billed in quarter
hour increments. Currently our standard charge is
based on only $100 per hour (most of the software
vendors charge $125 or more if you deal with them
directly). Please be aware that time spent
researching problems off the telephone may also be
billable (this is a standard practice with most
companies). The phone number for our Medisoft
support department is 1-877-265-4581.
Medical Software Tools also offers annual or
quarterly telephonic support contracts (email and
fax services are included) on a variety of software
products. These contracts are often less expensive
and more comprehensive than those offered directly
by the software vendors.
Medical Software Support via Email or Fax
Medical Software Tools also offers software
support by email or fax. These services are billed based
on the same pricing as our telephone support services
with a minimum of one quarter hour per email or fax.
Customers on telephone support contracts are welcome to
email or fax their support requests.
Vendor Telephone Support
Many vendors also provide support on their software
products directly. In these cases Medical Software Tools can sell you a support contract directly with
the vendor. Check our ordering page for pricing on these
options.
